Looking for  financially sustainable care?

We believe this work is essential, and it’s our mission to create a system of care that meets people where they are, including financially. Please reach out to learn more about our sliding scale and crisis care options. While these spots are limited, we’re committed to working with you to find a supportive and accessible path to the care you need.

What our clients are saying

"I went in with tension in my body, and i left feeling looser in my muscles. It was also helpful that i received feedback about what areas to bring attention to."

Not sure?

That makes sense. Intro sessions can be a great way to see whether our style and techniques are right for you.

Land Acknowledgment

In Minneapolis, we are on sacred indigenous land that has been stewarded by the Dakhóta People for thousands of years. The Oceti Sakowin, Anishinaabe and other native nations have cared for this land, and continue to.  The historical and continual colonial theft and violence that has been done on and to this land is an injustice that needs to be recognized by us all. This is essential if we are to move towards a future that is liberated from these systems of harm. Thank you to the elders past, present and future who's stories and fight protect and honor this land.
